Burning dc games toast

I will not provide any type of instruction, but Dreamcast games are in fact quite easily burnable. I have a hunch that fact may have helped lead to the downfall of Sega's hardware division, but who knows. I wish Sega had chosen that path, because right now, the Dreamcast has games I like much more than anything Sony currently has for PS2. I just hope that the Sega games that eventually come out on PS2 will continue with the stellar play that I have had with them on the Dreamcast.

Also, I decided to drop my cash on the Dreamcast because I could not wait for the PS2 to become available. With luck like that, I better not try any betting soon Granted more often than not burning console games is for illegal use, but I've got a 3 year old son who happens to enjoy playing "Power Rangers" and a couple of other PSX games.

Well, he's not very nice to the CDs. I mod'ed my Playstation after he wasted a couple games. He's since manage to mangle a legal "backup" of said Power Rangers game. Maybe I'll just get him a Nintendo, the cartriges are a little more forgiving. My practice with new software especially the expensive stuff is to us the orginal once.

It gets burned and put back in it's packaging for safe keeping. I know it's not the norm, but it's a valid reason. You may have totaly misread the guy's intent. Leave everything as it is except for 2 checkboxes.

Recording Options with correct boxes checked. A prompt should open up telling you to select your file s to be burned. If you downloaded an ISO file, it should show up immediately. All you need to do is select it. Select it and leave everything else alone. This example shows both. ISO and. CUE files. Problems can sometimes originate in these original files, but it is also possible that a mistake happened during the burning process or there was a problem with the CD-R, so I like to retain these files in case I need to burn the file again rather than going through the process of downloading it again later.

After clicking next, there should be yet another prompt. Look in the upper right and make sure a check mark appears next to the appropriate drive; the software should take care of this automatically.

What is most important here are the above settings which should always remain the same for game discs, regardless of what Datatype is selected at the bottom. This is very important for making sure there are no errors. This will probably be done automatically, but double check.

The number of copies are of course up to you. This is exactly what this prompt should look like before starting the burn, unless experimenting with Play Station and Customize Datatypes. During this process, keep computer use to a minimum, and if using a laptop, it is very important to keep the laptop as still as possible. Burning should complete in roughly 7 minutes. After that, the game is ready to go! Other Applications. This same method can be used to burn many other games.

Re: How to burn Saturn games on a Mac with Toast by opticledilusi0n » Fri Apr 10, pm liquid cd works well for burning dc, saturn, segacd, and wii games. I'm playing games from all regions on my UK saturn, but i do have a Action Replay cart.

The only bad thing about having a PAL saturn is that most games on the net are NTSC, so will play slower than they are supposed to, so you have to find the EUR version of stuff like Panzer Dragoon Saga, which is slightly harder to find.
